Program Therapist FT/PT/PRN – performs social services functions to include assisting patients in meeting their bio psychosocial needs while enabling them to access through therapeutic treatment skills to achieve their optimal level of emotional health, including providing basic consultation, teaching, complete specialized clinical social work services for patients/families receiving care, crisis intervention, short-term and long-term family therapy, and providing information and referrals as needed. Must be licensed as a social worker.
Housekeeper FT – provides completes daily housekeeping routines such as cleaning patient rooms, offices and public areas, while ensuring a safe and risk preventative environment within The Joint Commission, CMS, state and OSHA standards and regulations.
MHT (3p-11p) FT/PT – functions as an active part of the treatment team, providing continuous patient care, supervision, interaction, and role modeling. MHT’s work under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
Director of Social Services FT- The Director of Social Services provides the leadership and strategic planning of the social services programs offered at the facility, ensuring quality of social services and the facility’s performance goals and objectives. Responsibilities include the overall administrative processes and management systems for the social services offered at the facility.
Recreation Therapist PT-The Recreation Therapist is responsible for planning and implementing activity services for assigned program, which involves defining and implementing treatment goals as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team and providing continuous patient care, observation, interaction, and role modeling to patients. Must have CTRS license
